Why it matters on board
Boat upholstery lives in the worst possible conditions for fabric: salt in the air, direct sun almost all year round, damp below deck, and sun cream and salt residue building up with every trip out. An outdoor cushion that looks clean on the outside often has mould growing inside, and an unventilated cabin mattress builds up moisture even if nobody sleeps on it.
Injection‑extraction with products made for outdoor and marine fabrics draws salt and mould out from inside the padding, not just off the surface, and disinfects without damaging the fabric’s water-repellent treatment. We work right at your berth, fitting our schedule around the tides and your sailing plans.

Surface mould, yes, with targeted disinfection. If it has reached the foam padding, the result improves a lot but may not be complete; we’ll tell you when we see the photos, before we quote.
With forced-air drying and stood upright, 4 to 6 hours depending on the sun and wind on the day. We recommend not putting the covers back on or storing them until they’re completely dry.
We reschedule free of charge. The service needs good weather both for working on deck and for drying.
