Why clean your mattress
We spend a third of our lives in bed, and every night we leave sweat, heat and dead skin in the mattress. Inside a fabric that hardly ever sees light or fresh air, that’s the perfect habitat for dust mites. Sheets get washed; a mattress that nobody cleans just keeps building up dirt for years.
Injection‑extraction pushes hot water and eco-friendly detergent deep into the padding and vacuums it back out in the same pass. It removes dirt, dust mites and their debris, leaving the mattress damp, not wet: by night-time it’s dry.

With an upholstery nozzle over the whole surface, seams and sides. It lifts dust, dead skin and loose dust mites before anything gets wet; otherwise they’d turn into mud.
Enzyme product on sweat, urine, blood or vomit. It breaks down organic matter instead of hiding it, and is left to work for a few minutes.

Old blood and yellowing from oxidation fade a lot, but don’t always disappear completely. And if mould has got into the core of the mattress, we’ll tell you straight: in that case it isn’t worth cleaning. We can see it in your photo and we’ll let you know before we come.

Yes. The machine extracts most of the water in the same pass, so the mattress is left damp, not wet, and dries in 4‑6 hours. If we clean it in the morning, you can make the bed that night.
Yes. Vacuuming removes dust mites and their debris from the surface; hot water and disinfectant deal with the ones deep in the padding. To stop them coming back, air the mattress, wash your bedding at 60 °C and have it cleaned once a year, or every six months if there are allergies.
Yes, it’s one of the most common requests, especially with children and pets. Urine soaks into the padding, which is why surface cleaners don’t work. We use an enzyme product that breaks down the cause of the odour, then extract it.
It can be cleaned, but not soaked. On memory foam we use the minimum of water, double extraction and forced-air drying; on latex, no excessive heat and no alkaline products. We check it before we start.
Once a year with normal use. Every six months if there are allergies, asthma, babies, pets that get on the bed or heavy sweating. In holiday lets, between seasons.
Yes. Pillows and toppers are cleaned using the same method, and if the ottoman base lifts up, we vacuum the inside. Upholstered headboards too. All on the same day, with a better price for the lot.
Our products are eco-friendly, free of bleach and solvents, and leave no residue or chemical smell. In fact, the service is recommended precisely in these cases: it reduces dust mites, fungi and allergens where you spend the most hours breathing.
Take off the sheets, covers and mattress protector, and make sure there’s a socket nearby. We’ll move the mattress if needed and leave it airing when we finish.
