Injection‑extraction pulls grease and dirt out from deep in the fabric, not just off the surface, and leaves everything dry for the next service. Done overnight or on your closing day, the venue opens as if we’d never been there.

Seats, backs, sides and seams. It lifts crumbs, dust and hair before anything gets wet, and lets us count and check the condition of every item.
Kitchen grease needs a dedicated degreaser; wine and coffee, a tannin remover. Each stain gets its own product, left to work while we move on.
Hot water and eco-friendly detergent forced into the fabric and extracted in the same pass. Block by block of chairs and section by section of banquette, with no damp patches left behind.
A second pass kills bacteria and breaks down fried-food and stale smells. No fragrances competing with the food: the venue doesn’t smell of chemicals when you open.

Fabric worn by rubbing, with a crushed pile or faded by the terrace sun, can’t be restored by cleaning: it comes out clean, but not new. If we spot it on the visit or in your photos, we’ll tell you, and let you know which pieces are worth cleaning and which are better reupholstered.

The total depends on three things:

Yes, that’s the norm. We work after closing, on your day off or between shifts, and plan the drying so everything is ready by opening time.
Yes. The machine extracts most of the water in the same pass and we speed up drying with air movers, zone by zone. We factor in drying time when we set the working hours.
No. We use unscented eco-friendly detergents and disinfectants, designed for spaces where food is served. The venue smells clean, not of chemicals.
Yes. Built-up grease needs a dedicated degreaser and time to work before extraction. That’s the difference between a household clean and one for hospitality. If the fabric is worn as well as dirty, we’ll tell you beforehand.
It depends on how busy you are and the type of cuisine. Typically it’s a deep clean every three to six months, with anti-stain shielding after the first one to stretch the interval. We tailor it with you in the plan.
Yes. Leather and faux leather with a dedicated product, terrace cushions and fabrics, plus the venue’s carpets, rugs and curtains. It all goes on the same quote.
Yes. A single point of contact, a schedule for each venue and a fixed price per unit across all your sites. For groups, it’s easier to agree everything by email or phone.
Only to let us in and lock up, or we agree access in advance. We put the furniture back and leave the lights and doors as we found them.
