    What photo should I send?

    One of the whole piece, in natural light if possible, and a close-up of the stain or the area you’re most worried about. If it’s a mattress, take the sheets off first. That’s all we need to give you a fixed price without a visit.

    How long do you take to reply?

    On WhatsApp, usually within an hour during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm). Messages that come in overnight are answered first thing in the morning.

    Does the quote commit me to anything?

    No. It’s a fixed price you’re free to accept or not. We don’t make sales calls or keep chasing you.

    How far in advance do I need to book?

    We can usually fit you in within two or three days. In high season it may take a little longer. If you have a specific date in mind (a move, visitors, an event), let us know and we’ll prioritise it.

    Do you work with businesses?

    Yes: hotels, restaurants, offices, holiday lets and boats, with regular plans and out-of-hours service. For quotes covering several items, email or a phone call is easier.
